Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're delighted with your new product. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning items can be done quickly by clicking here.
RETURN PERIOD:
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your package. During this time, you can return the item for any reason. Please note that the returned items must be shipped back to us within the 30-day window.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
All items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
- Sale Items: For items on sale, we do not provide refunds. However, you can exchange them for another item or redeem them for store credit.
- Bundle Deals: For "Buy 1, Get 1" deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the items is returned. However, you can exchange one of the items for a different size or color.
RETURN COSTS:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the amount will depend on your location and courier.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days. You can track the package using the tracking number from your return shipment. Once the refund is processed, we will notify you. It may take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

What happens if the exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team, and we will update you on when the product will be back in stock. If you've already created the return and the item is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to initiate a return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you can't find it, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if the product is delivered damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! Please send a photo of the damaged or faulty item to our customer service team at info@womenknit.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I want to return my order after the 30-day return period?
If the return period has passed, we offer the option to exchange the item for another product or store credit. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss the available options.
